We don’t gatekeep. We don’t require you to sound like anyone else. If it’s R&B made with intention, send it.
What to include:

- Links to your music (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud — whatever you’ve got)
- A short note on who you are and what you’re working on
- Any specific releases you’d like us to consider
WRITERS
Write for Taste
Taste publishes criticism, commentary, and features from writers who have a genuine, lived relationship with R&B music. We’re not looking for trend-chasers or music journalists who cover everything and care about nothing. We want writers who live inside the genre — who argue about it, who defend albums no one else will, who know why a specific run on a 2003 R&B track changed their life.
If that’s you — pitch us. We read everything.
